FCS II Fruitport's Continued Committment to Success

In the fall of 2004, the Fruitport Board of Education initiated a process of seeking community and staff input to determine the district’s direction and priorities. Through a comprehensive survey, we were able to ascertain the significant issues and program enhancements needed to improve the quality of education delivered by Fruitport Community Schools.

Utilizing the data, the Board of Education and administrative team developed a comprehensive blueprint for continued improvement for Fruitport Community Schools. This challenging process took place over the 2004-05 school year gathering data from focus group meetings, surveys (community, staff, students, parents, and school of choice), and enrollment projection studies.

We are continuing that effort with FCS II.  Following that process and expanding the reach, Fruitport's Commitment to Success II was created in July 2008.  To download or read the document, click the link on the right.
