School of Choice Information

Fruitport Community Schools participates in the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District's (MAISD) Collaborative Schools of Choice Plan. The District also participates in the State's School of Choice Plan defined under Section 105c, which allows a student to transfer to a school district that is within another contiguous intermediate school district.

Muskegon County School District Residents

The School of Choice Program will be open for applications beginning on May 1st each year, and be closed on May 30th of each year.

Below you will find the form for "In-district" School of Choice. This is limited to the elementary buildings. The District also reserves the right to limit enrollment of any building based on capacity or programming.
