Enrollment Information
We are very excited that you would like to enroll your child at Fruitport Community Schools. The following is information regarding the enrollment process.
Online Enrollment
Please complete this Enrollment Form, if your child lives within the district and you plan for them to attend Fruitport Community Schools. This form is only for new students who do not currently attend.
2026-2027 Enrollment
If you are enrolling your child for the 2026–2027 school year, please complete the Enrollment Form. Once the form is submitted, please bring the required enrollment documents to your child’s building secretary. We will make copies of your documents and can print any additional forms that need to be completed, no printer is needed at home.
- Original Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Record or Health Department Waiver
- Proof Of Residency - see Residency Verification for required/acceptable documents
- Parent/Guardian Photo Identification
- Other documents requiring your signature will be provided at the building
